Platform's role
Yahte provides an advertising and communication platform. A listing is supplied by its advertiser and is not an offer made by Yahte to sell a vessel, provide a charter or employ a candidate. Any purchase, charter, employment or other transaction is agreed directly between the relevant parties. Verify identity, ownership, condition, qualifications and contract terms independently.
Accounts
Provide accurate and current account information, keep your credentials confidential and use only accounts you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. Paid features and publishing limits depend on the plan shown in your account.
Listings and uploaded content
Publish truthful, lawful and current information. You must hold the rights and permissions needed for text, logos, photographs, documents and personal data you upload. Do not publish misleading offers, unlawful discrimination, spam, malicious files or content that infringes another person's rights. Remove or update offers that are no longer available.
Permission to display content
You retain your rights in uploaded content. By publishing it, you permit Yahte to store, format and display it as needed to operate and promote your listing through the platform. You must have permission to grant these rights. Public content can be viewed or copied by other visitors.
Inquiries, applications and reviews
Use contact and application features only for genuine inquiries about the advertised offer. Send only relevant information and documents. Reviews must reflect genuine experience and follow platform rules. Advertisers and employers are responsible for their offers, responses and treatment of the information they receive.
Moderation and availability
Yahte may review, decline or remove content that breaches these terms or applicable law, and restrict accounts where needed to address misuse. Report inaccurate content or technical problems through the contact page. Maintenance, network failures or other interruptions can affect access; no uninterrupted availability or successful sale, hire or response is promised.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid subscriptions, listing allowances, promotions and renewal arrangements are described in the selected plan and subscription terms. Review the amount, currency, duration and any separate recurring-payment consent at checkout. The subscription terms linked below explain payment security, cancellation, complaints and refunds.
Responsibility, privacy and updates
Each party remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations under applicable law. Nothing in this agreement excludes mandatory consumer or data protection rights. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy. Changes to this agreement are published here; an existing paid agreement remains subject to its agreed terms and applicable law.
