FEMALE DECKHAND – 55m Private Motor Yacht

Yacht Maritime is seeking a friendly, motivated and reliable female Deckhand to join a modern, meticulously maintained 55 m Dutch-built private motor yacht. The yacht is currently in Croatia, with joining scheduled for 28 October. This is a permanent position with 60 days of annual leave. The yacht cruises the Mediterranean.

Candidates should have at least one year of motor yacht experience, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and good attention to detail. The ideal candidate is reliable, eager to learn, a genuine team player and interested in a long-term position. EU or Schengen eligibility, or visa-free entry eligibility, is required. Due to cabin arrangements, applications are open to female candidates only.

The salary is €3,200–€3,500 per month, depending on experience. The position also includes a €1,000 training allowance after one year, a welcoming and supportive crew, and opportunities for professional development.
